Our mission for Thanex International is to reimagine the recruitment process for migrant workers and their employers by creating a fresh, secure, and an accountable recruitment infrastructure. We work in partnership with our clients to develop and build skilled and semi- skilled workforces by implementing task oriented practical training systems, language training courses, and skill tests, leading to higher candidate competency and employer satisfaction.

Thanex International, a subsidiary of a reputed commercial conglomerate of Bangladesh, Bangla Trac Group, is committed in delivering high quality human resource sourcing, training, and management for our international and local partners. Our companies utilize a wide range of HR and recruitment initiatives, combined with 15+ years of goodwill, to set new precedents for rigorous standards within human resource management.

Bangladeshi migrant workers have been suffering at the hands of immoral agents, with dubious recruitment practices, often over charging and not delivering on work placements. We wish to leverage our goodwill as Bangla Trac Group to reimagine the entire process for such workers.

Our group concern, Bangla Trac Group, proudly holds the local authorized dealership of Caterpillar Inc. USA in Bangladesh. Our other ventures include the franchisee ownership of Burger King in Bangladesh, BTrac engineering, B-Trac Solutions, and distributors for global brands such as Dell and HP under the SBU of BTRAC Technologies.
